Once installed they where immensely felt. The Noise and vibration did increase, but this is a race car so who cares.
I know it was a few months ago, but I want to share some of the cars i saw at SEMA that I thought were cool, and worthy of this site.
Not an import, but I love big turbo powered cars and this old school Trans Am with twin turbo powered LS was a beast.
I love all the work on the custom intake and manifolds, you can’t buy those on Summit racing catalogs.
HKS came out with a supercharger for the S2000. It looks like a rotrex supercharger, similar to what Jackson Racing is doing with the K series motor.
Finally, what can be said that hasn’t a;ready been said about the new FR-S. I will keep an eye on these when they come out, might be the new run around car for the shop.
The Car has been modified many ways to better suited towards road racing.
The interior has been stripped of all sound deadening material to make a lighter car.
Dry ice was used to freeze the mat material, then shatter it with a hammer to loosen it.
A role bar was added for chassis stiffening and safety in case of a roll over. I’ll show more of the motor and suspension in later installments.
